Free Delivery, Anywhere in Pakistan

Delivery is free on every order — no minimum spend, no surcharge for distant cities, nothing added at checkout. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

How Long It Takes

We ship nationwide through PostEx, and delivery times depend on where you're located:

• Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad: 2–4 working days
• Rest of Pakistan: 3–6 working days
• AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, interior Balochistan, and remote districts: 5–8 working days

These timeframes start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it's placed — so factor in confirmation time too (see below).

Cash on Delivery

Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives — no advance payment needed.

• Please have the exact amount ready; riders often can't provide change.
• You're welcome to open the parcel and check the item in front of the rider before paying.

Order Confirmation Before Dispatch

Every order is confirmed by SMS or WhatsApp before it ships. If we're unable to reach you within 24 hours, we hold the order rather than send it out.

This works both ways: it protects you from receiving a parcel you never actually ordered, and it protects us from paying courier fees on orders that turn out not to be genuine.

If Delivery Fails

The rider makes three delivery attempts. Keep your phone reachable on the day your parcel is out for delivery.

If the parcel is refused at the door, or can't be delivered after three attempts, it's returned to us and the order is cancelled.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. Track your parcel on our Track Order page, or directly at postex.pk.
