Product Description

A cake can bake beautifully and still lose its shape when it is time to remove it from the pan. This 24cm round mould uses a non-stick carbon steel body with a removable base and side buckle, making it easier to release cakes without turning the whole pan upside down.

The medium 24cm size works well for home baking, cheesecakes and layered desserts where a clean round edge matters. Grease or line the pan according to your recipe, allow the bake to cool as recommended, then release the buckle slowly.
